“Wake up, wake up!” A loud, screeching came from the sky like rose thorns. It was Willy the woodpecker, messy feathers and all.

Flora the dragonfly is fluttering by the flowers, ready to hear his daily dose of drama!

Slowly but surely, Shirley the snail comes out from the blades of grass. Following her is Milky the mushroom
with a pleasant little “pop” using his stem foot to hop on.

Swiftly from the pond comes our lizard friend, Al. Last, but certainly not least, two twin turtles Zeke and Zack crawl out of the water and over to the crowd of critters.

“What’s the news for today, chief?” Zeke yells out to Willy.
